Duo Two-Factor Authentication

Duo Security provides two-factor authentication as a service to protect Wor-Wic Community College user accounts against account takeover and data theft.


Register for classes, view financial aid, access Blackboard, pay your tuition, read announcements, access Office 365:




Serves as Wor-Wic’s virtual classroom and is used for online courses, hybrid courses and as a supplement for on-campus courses.



Zoombombing is a form of cyber-harassment in which a participant disrupts or interrupts a Zoom meeting.

Getting Help with Technology

There are many different ways to get help with technology. Users can: 

  • Submit an IT work-order through Track-IT
  • Find self-help articles within our knowledge base
  • Contact us during our on-site support hours


On-site support

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wor-Wic utilizes a third-party vendor to provide account and log-in support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At 4:30 p.m., help desk calls are routed to this service until 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and over the weekends. Users needing account/log-in support outside of the identified hours above should utilize the phone contact method. IT staff is on-site until 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Fridays in case of emergency.
