Wor-Wic utilizes a third-party vendor to provide account and log-in support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At 4:30 p.m., help desk calls are routed to this service until 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and over the weekends. Users needing account/log-in support outside of the identified hours above should utilize the phone contact method. IT staff is on-site until 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Fridays in case of emergency.
