Learn about every aspect of veterinary assisting, including anatomy and physiology, animal restraint, laboratory sample collection, assisting in surgery and dentistry, prescription preparation and taking radiographs.

Prerequisites: Students must meet minimum diagnostic reading comprehension and arithmetic scores. Free testing is available in our testing center. For more information, including hours and requirements, go to careertraining.worwic.edu. Students can complete the course application anytime after they meet the prerequisites and will have six months to complete the online course.
