Real Estate and Property Maintenance

Our pre-licensure course helps you start your career in real estate. You can enroll in the course at age 17; you have to be 18 years old to take the licensing exam. The exam must be taken within 12 months of completing the course. Our property maintenance offerings include home inspector and septic system management.
