If you need help reporting a crime, contact the public safety department for assistance. Prompt reporting assures timely warning notices and accurate disclosure of crime statistics.
Reports of criminal activity are investigation and recorded in the daily crime log by the college public safety officer taking the report. The daily crime log is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the public safety department.

Calls for assistance might or might not require law enforcement action. Reported incidents are investigated, when applicable, and recorded on an incident report by the responding college public safety officer. Incident reports are maintained in the public safety department.
Individuals who accidentally lock their keys in their cars can obtain assistance from the Public Safety Department to gain access to their cars.
Individuals whose vehicle fails to start because of a weak or dead battery, may obtain assistance from the Department of Public Safety for a jump start for their vehicle.
The Public Safety Department provides safety/security escorts for members of the campus community or guests as requested or warranted.
