“Echoes & Visions” receives top American Scholastic Press award
“Echoes & Visions,” the creative arts journal at Wor-Wic Community College, won first place yet again in its category of publications from junior/community colleges with a student enrollment of more than 2,501 in the American Scholastic Press Association’s (ASPA) 2023 Scholastic Yearbook and Magazine Awards.
Promise scholarship information session
The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship provides eligible students with up to $5,000 to cover remaining tuition and mandatory fee expenses after applying financial aid.
Chamber event showcases new building
The February Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce (SACC) Business After Hours, recently hosted by Wor-Wic Community College, offered chamber members the opportunity to visit the new Patricia and Alan Guerrieri Technology Center at the college.
Career workshop on Feb. 15
Wor-Wic Community College invites the public to a free career choices workshop from 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, in Room 308 of Fulton-Owen Hall at the college, located at the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
