Law Enforcement Class Graduates

Fourteen law enforcement officers from Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, Caroline, Kent and Allegany counties graduated in the 65th entrance-level class of the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy (ESCJA) operated by Wor-Wic Community College at the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Financial Aid Workshops to be Held at Wor-Wic

“FAFSA on the Web,” a series of free financial aid workshops for anyone planning to attend college, will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, Feb. 7, 17, 21 and 28, from 5 to 7 p.m., in Room 111 of the Academic and Administrative Building at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Truck Driver Training Orientation is Feb. 14

The next Class A and B commercial truck driver training courses offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College will begin in February at the Holly Center in Salisbury.

Business owners can learn how to create a customized professional presence, increase online visibility, promote events and regulate content to different groups by taking “Marketing Your Business with Facebook.”

“You Can Afford College” to be held Feb. 5
