Dessert Theater Scheduled at Wor-Wic

The public is invited to “Dessert Theater 2011” on Saturday, March 19, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, March 20, at 2 p.m. The theme is “School Days, School Days,” with seven one-act plays and a variety of musical skits performed by students, employees and community members in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Tagger Presentation to be Held Feb. 15

In celebration of African-American history month, Barbara Tagger will give a presentation about proposed national historical parks honoring Harriet Tubman on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m., in Room 103 of the Workforce Development Center at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
