Dr. William J. Bails.

Wor-Wic Community College recently welcomed Dr. William J. Bails of Salisbury as department head and associate professor of the physical therapist assistant program.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, his master’s degree in physical therapy from Neumann University in Aston, Pa., and his doctor of physical therapy degree from Simmons College in Boston, Mass.

He has held various physical therapist positions since 1996, most recently at Coastal Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Salisbury.
