Graduation exercises, which were held in Guerrieri Hall at the college campus, featured a commencement address by Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hofmann.

John C. Moses, director of criminal justice at Wor-Wic, and Donald L. Rollyson Jr., assistant director of the ESCJA, presided at the ceremony. Awards of certification and excellence were presented by agency representatives along with Al Liebno, acting executive director of the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions in Woodstock, Md. Deputy Amber A. Thamert of the Caroline County Sheriff’s Department was the class speaker. Closing remarks were made by Liebno.

In addition to Thamert, graduates included Nicholas D. Bierman, Jonathan E. Kidd and Geoffrey T. Wells of the Salisbury Police Department, Christopher K. Newton of the Fruitland Police Department, Kevin M. Perretta and Dylan L. Tawes of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Samuel D. Faggert, Jessica C. Johnson and Corwin D. Vincent of the Ocean City Police Department, Christine Beverley-Wagner and Wyatt H. Norfolk of the Cambridge Police Department, Ciaran P. Mayo of the Denton Police Department and Savanna M. Dickey, Patrick R. Matteson and Lanard M. Pack of the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Department.
