Developers, appraisers, brokers and real estate agents can benefit from taking “Real Forestry for Real Estate,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Opportunities and financial incentives that exist for forest owners, will be covered, as well as the economic, ecological and social importance of forest ownership.
