Learn about environmentally-responsible techniques for growing and sustaining Eastern Shore-friendly perennials and integrating design elements that ensure a four-season garden look by taking “Herbaceous Perennials,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, Feb. 23 through March 15, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
