Outcome-Based Program Evaluation for Nonprofits,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, March 17 through April 21, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
