Learn how to effectively manage the planning process for the production of goods and materials by taking new one-day seminars being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays in June, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
“Production Planning and Scheduling” will cover aspects of the production process, including forecasting, expediting, planning concepts and scheduling. The class will meet on June 3.
“Inventory Management and Control” will cover how to manage resources based on the challenges of the organization, including buying, purchasing, selling and trading of obsolete assets and implementing inventory systems. The class will meet on June 17.
