Small business owners and computer users can learn about software installation and maintenance, security and troubleshooting techniques by taking “PC Operating Systems and Software Essentials,” a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, March 3-17, from 6:15 to 9:15 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
