Land planners, surveyors and government agencies can learn how to create, edit, manage and display spatial data using ArcGIS software by taking “Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS),” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesdays, Feb. 2 through March 16, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
