New supervisors can learn about communication techniques, managing conflict and change, teamwork and team building, as well as motivating employees for increased productivity, by taking “First Time on the First Line,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 4-27, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
