Sarah Rose Etter
The public is invited to attend a free literary reading by writer Sarah Rose Etter on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m., in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
Etter is the author of “Tongue Party,” which was selected as the winner of the 2010 Caketrain chapbook competition. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in “The Collagist,” “Flatmancrooked,” “PANK,” “elimae” and “The Baltimore Review.” Her stories have also been performed in London by the Liars’ League.
Etter earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Pennsylvania State University and her master’s degree in fiction from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania.
A book signing and refreshments will follow the event, which is part of the college’s Echoes and Visions reading series sponsored by the arts club at Wor-Wic.
