Developers, appraisers, bankers, property managers and real estate agents can learn how to deal with ethical dilemmas, including predatory lending and illegal flipping of properties, by taking “Ethics in Real Estate,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
