Managers and supervisors can learn skills and strategies to help motivate four generations of employees, including veterans, baby boomers, Gen Xers and Nexters, by taking “Managing Today’s Workforce: It’s a Generational Thing,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Friday, Feb. 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
