Supervisors and managers can learn how to use delegation, communication, support and coaching skills to engage team members and produce quality work by taking “Preventive Maintenance for People: Keep Your Team Running Like a Well-Oiled Machine,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, March 9-23, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
