Learn about the various religions and philosophies from the past and the present by taking “Beyond the ‘Big Three’: A Survey of Faiths and Philosophies,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Mondays, March 8 through April 12, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
The course will discuss the three major religions, Christianity, Islam and Judaism, as well as Greek Stoicism, Epicureanism and Sophism, Persian Zoroastrianism, Egyptian Arianism, Oriental and Eastern Orthodox, Gnosticism, Wahabi and Baha’i.
