Anyone can learn to prepare professional desserts like black forest torte, ambrosia cake and apple galette by taking “Easy, Elegant and Awesome Desserts,” a new cooking course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Saturdays, Sept. 11-25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
