Learn about tempering varieties of chocolate and creating edible creations like chocolate truffles by taking “For the Love of Chocolate,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Feb. 2 through March 2, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
