Learn how to edit red eye and skin imperfections, improve the sky and background of images and explore layers by taking “Adobe Photoshop Elements for the Digital Photographer,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays, Feb. 12 through March 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
