Current retirees or anyone planning to retire within the next two years can learn more about financial security by taking “Maintaining a Financially Secure Retirement,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, March 4-25, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
The course will cover income, reverse mortgages, Medicare and Medicaid, social security, retirement plan distributions and taxes. Estate planning, beneficiary designations and provisions for surviving spouses will also be addressed.
