Learn to use silk and dried flowers and natural decorations to create arrangements with seashore and farm themes by taking “Floral Design: Eastern Shore Creations,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, Jan. 28 through Feb. 18, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
