Ruth E. Baker

Ruth E. Baker of Salisbury was appointed dean of continuing education and workforce development at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury.

Since 2006, Baker has been the senior director of continuing education and workforce development at Wor-Wic.

Prior to joining Wor-Wic, she was the managing director of BEACON (Business, Economic and Community Outreach Network) at Salisbury University.

Baker received her bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University in New Haven, Conn., and her master’s degree in human services, housing and community development from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.
