Work Experience

I am a Registered Nurse with experience in both clinical practice and nursing education. My professional background includes work in acute care, home health, and nursing leadership, providing a strong foundation for my roles in higher education.

I earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education, which led to a career focused on preparing future nurses. Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions involving curriculum development, program coordination, faculty collaboration, and student mentorship across secondary and higher education settings.

Currently, I serve as the Nursing Program Coordinator and an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Wor-Wic Community College. In this role, I support the development and implementation of nursing curricula, collaborate with faculty to promote student success, oversee course coordination, and contribute to the ongoing growth and quality of the nursing programs.

I am passionate about fostering student success through engaging instruction, evidence-based teaching practices, and collaborative leadership. My professional interests include curriculum development, nursing education, faculty development, and continuous quality improvement in nursing program.
