The skilled trades and transportation pathway at Wor-Wic Community College has many options for students interested in entering or advancing their careers in construction, electricity, HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration), manufacturing, truck driving, welding or a variety of other areas.
There are both short-term opportunities to begin work quickly, by taking one course, and long-term certificate options which take more than one semester to complete. The primary focus of the programs in the pathway is career training, where students will learn both in the classroom and hands-on.
