Nonprofits can learn how to create measurable goals for outcome-based evaluations and communicate results to community members and funders by taking “Are We Making a Difference? Outcome-Based Program Evaluation for Nonprofits,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, March 18 through April 22, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
