A free spring chorus concert called “Sounds of America” will be held on Saturday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m., in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
The concert will feature a mix of spiritual, Broadway and patriotic songs, as well as genre-specific music like ragtime and doo wop. Songs will include “Amazing Grace,” “Once Upon a Time,” “This Nearly Was Mine,” “Alexander’s Ragtime Band,” “Everyday Heroes” and “A Tribute to Abraham Lincoln.”
