Learn to stir-fry, steam and use Oriental seasonings and sauces to prepare cuisines from China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam by taking “A Taste of the Orient,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays, Sept. 10 through Oct. 1, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
