Contractors and construction workers can learn how to prevent the risk of lead poisoning during renovation activities like sanding, cutting and demolition by taking “Lead Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Friday, Nov. 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
