Learn about chocolate tempering, varieties of chocolate and creating edible creations like chocolate truffles by taking “For the Love of Chocolate,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Jan. 25 through Feb. 22, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
