Learn how political and social events influenced composers and trace the development of the symphony as a classical music form over two-and-a-half centuries by taking “The Development of the Symphony: From Mozart to Modern Time,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays, Jan. 28 through March 4, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
