A business etiquette workshop will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Room 307 of the Workforce Development Center at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
Grace Murdock will speak about business and dining etiquette, including making a good impression, navigating a place setting and choosing appropriate topics for conversation.
Murdock, who operates Professional Grace, speaks to organizations and businesses about professionalism, etiquette and developing presentations. In addition, Murdock is a teacher mentor and consultant for the Wicomico County Board of Education. She has more than 30 years of experience in education, administration and supervision.
A full-course meal, prepared by Wor-Wic’s culinary arts students, will be served.
The cost of the workshop is $5, which should be paid to Wor-Wic’s cashier by Friday, Feb. 11. Seating is limited.
