Developers, appraisers, bankers, property managers and real estate agents can learn how to recognize unethical situations, predatory lending and illegal flipping of properties by taking “Ethics in Real Estate,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesday, May 4, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
Another section of this course will be offered on Monday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.
