Home and rental property contractors and workers can gain a better understanding of the requirements of the Maryland lead and rental property standards to qualify to become a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sampling technician by taking “Lead Paint Visual Inspector Training,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursday and Friday, June 2 and 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
