Supervisors and managers can benefit from taking one-day leadership seminars being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
A new seminar called “Emotional Intelligence and Your Ability to Lead” is designed to help leaders assess their self-awareness and learn how to use their emotions to produce the results they want.
“Time Management and Organizational Skills” is designed to help supervisors learn how to plan, organize information, deal with interruptions and maintain productivity.
