Rental property and home improvement contractors can gain a better understanding of Maryland regulations, how to protect against exposure to lead, techniques for safely working around lead-based paint and clean-up procedures by taking “Lead Paint Maintenance and Repainting Supervisor Training,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 24 and 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
