Learn how to create healthy breads, desserts and pastries with fresh fruit and whole grains by taking “Healthy Baking for Life,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Nov. 1-29, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
The course will focus on cooking habits and methods to reduce fats, sugar, calories, cholesterol and sodium in baking.
