Supervisors and managers can learn more about their individual leadership styles and how they can improve their effectiveness and increase employee productivity by taking “Assessing Your Leadership Ability,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
