Anyone interested in becoming a licensed real estate salesperson can benefit from taking “Real Estate Principles and Practices,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 23 through April 4, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road.
This pre-licensure course meets the education requirements mandated by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and helps prepare students for the licensed real estate salesperson examination in Maryland.
