Business owners and bookkeepers interested in learning more about QuickBooks can benefit by taking courses being offered this spring by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
“QuickBooks: Payroll” is being offered on Fridays, April 13 and 20, from 9 a.m. to noon. This course covers how to process payroll in-house, including tracking employee leave, processing payroll taxes and completing tax forms.
Learn how to create a variety of reports by taking “QuickBooks: Reports,” which is being offered on Tuesdays, April 17 and 24, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
“Mastering QuickBooks” is being offered on Fridays, April 27 through June 1, from 9 to 11:45 a.m. This course covers how to track basic sales and inventory, manage accounts payable and receivable, generate standard reports and integrate with Microsoft Excel. Another section of this course is being offered on Wednesdays, May 9 through June 13, from 6:15 to 9 p.m.
