Learn how to prepare regional recipes that feature New England seafood, the country cuisine of the South and wholesome foods of the West Coast by taking “Country Inns, Bed and Breakfasts, and Brunches,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, May 29 through June 19, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
