Property managers can learn how to accurately track rents, security deposits and prepaid rent, vacancies, work orders, bills and lease terms by taking “QuickBooks for Property Managers,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Oct. 9 and 16, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
A second section is also being offered on Fridays, Nov. 9 and 16, from 9 a.m. to noon, at Wor-Wic’s Ocean Resorts Golf Club on Cathell Road in Berlin.
