Anyone involved in human resource management can learn more about recruitment and selection strategies, training employees, effective appraisals and employment law by taking “Essentials of Human Resource Management,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Jan. 29 through Feb. 26, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
