Learn how to connect and customize an Android-based tablet or smartphone by taking “Getting to Know Your Android Device,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesdays, from May 1-8, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

This course will cover syncing mail, calendar and data, working in “the cloud,” downloading and installing apps, using the file manager to locate and manage data such as documents, apps, pictures and books, and transferring documents, music, pictures and videos.

Another section of this course is being offered on Fridays, May 10-17, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., at the college campus.
