In celebration of African-American history month, Dr. Dale Glenwood Green, chair of the historic preservation program and assistant professor of architecture at Morgan State University, will give a presentation about “The Hill” on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m., in Room 101 of Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury.
